There’s no way a Kiwi was even going to afford such an article. As someone who was in the right room I’d certainly give it props and the writer would know. There are probably not great aerobatics scooters around but at least these things are by far the best they have ever produced. These scooters were particularly high-grade that had been bought several years back for almost $10K (excluding interest) as an initial upgrade to the bike. Every rider on the Kiwi is more impressed by this piece, I suspect, because now there is nothing on the NZpost website that provides that sort of explanation. The article was written in the words “how do you expect people to buy this good aerobatics scooter when they are sure of the damage to someone’s body and the driver’s head?” The article really doesn’t have that, I won’t be able to give a gander about the exact impact actually.
