Leveraging Communication Audits During Postmerger Integration {#Sec1} ================================================ Postmerger integration required strong communication and multi-planning, and all communication approaches were optimized for optimum functionality such as speed-ups and interworking. Therefore, it was assumed that in theory, multifamily buildings could be integrated to better anticipate the future integration of their existing tenants.
Evaluation of Alternatives
However, in practice, companies were already integrating the building and its land use, land rental types and maintenance areas according to multiple plans and/or potential development in a seamless manner to ensure continuous integration \[[@CR4]\]. In addition, the basic building concept that management employed was long-range integration via multiple integration plans. For example, the construction of the new building from the architectural plan was integrated with plans also later by the finished building to prevent any outside impact of the planned design project is necessary \[[@CR1], [@CR3]\]. But, this approach did not guarantee long-range integration to its customers and, in the future, could be modified by smart planning models to enhance integration of existing tenants and building clients to some extent \[[@CR3]\]. In the current study, we analyzed how enterprises, buildings, mobile and home clients perceive the market effect to the businesses. The analysis identified factors influencing the perceived impact of business integration and these factors were not directly affected by investors’ decisions. However, multifamily tenants, home owners, and the owner of building owned market participants explained the perceived impact of corporate design to their business as well as other tenants and owners who have more knowledge about the integration process since the integration company provided the technology to integrate building and/or building plans.
