The name was taken over by the Oregon States’ Light Rail Corporation which bought Sint-Tolio in 1967. History Shortly after the founding of Sint-Tolio, William William Adams tried to help Sint-Tolio get a railroad line north because of the neighboring area of Oak Lake–such as Waverly Heights, that was already there, but was effectively destroyed after being smashed in the final action of the Great Northern’s 100-hour rail journey from Pittsburgh to Sint-Tolio. A small, private freight depot took over the station from Albertson, Pittsburgh.
