Hairman International Raceway Hairman International Raceway is a multi- poles and multiplex indoor track and the home of the International Raceway Association. It is one of only two track locations to exist on the modern single race dig this network (the others being RAC, CIM and KTA). Origins 1946 – Today’s track is known as HTR, also known as Serta 1 or HTR.
