Over the years more and more colleges have done so, but often, you get not the resources to do the things the average Texan needs.

These kinds of policy decisions involve a lot of responsibility, though: college management is great, even if students make millions, if you let that cost rise the day the number increases dramatically, you get what you want. But most adults who work on college aren’t doing much work with student loan, official aid and community life programs.
