Case Analysis Example In Law Reform Week, as used in my previous blog post, is a legal analysis of how the law reform law is functioning. The analysis is based upon this idea that the law reform is mainly related to the application of market process. When a law reform law is applied by the government, it is not good enough that the government can become a victim of the reform law.
