Firstly, one needs to divide their study into the two sub-detection regions, which can include (i) the background TEM-FIDL current-voltage dimming region (CVD), (ii) the TEM-FIDL magnetic domain segment of the CMOS-FIDL device region (FID/FIDL), and (iii) the TEM-FIDL/CVD microchannel-type region. Then, to introduce each of these sub-detection regions and their dimensions, we derive our study of PLC1. Secondly, one needs to introduce the CVD current distribution along each device area, as proposed by Jiang et al [@B1] into the PLC1 sub-detection region. Afterwards, one needs the sub-detection regions from the chip, which can incorporate the CMOS-FIDL microchannel, CVD current-cancellation region (curacy unit), and the TEM-FIDL/CVD interface region, as well as its surrounding region, which can be traced back to the chip region. Finally, we introduced the signal-front current distribution along the chip on-chip. Lastly, with the new BDE2/BID (BID) design, we achieve a very small signal-front discharge (SFD) difference along the chip and have a high signal-front leakage from the chip. The shortcoming of this PLC1 sub-detection device design is the intrinsic low signal-front leakage in the case of a noisy magnetic circuit-scanning system. The rest of the paper is organized as follows: Section II is dedicated to the study of the BID device and its sub-detection devices and their connections.

Then, in Section III, section IV, we discuss the PLC1 sub-detection method. By applying them to ESM-DSS, we provide an understanding of ESM-DSS, ESM-ATIMS, and TEM-FIDLS, respectively.
