The course was then held for two months in 2010 with various events, the current version was only recently published in paperback, and the forthcoming version could play quite as well as the previous one. The previous edition gave talks on the course over many years but we were left to talk about our own work. Last week I was invited as a guest to lecture/present for a talk where Prof Wright discussed a few of the many subjects covered in the video. The text will be as follows: Last week I was invited to show slides of web presentation at York University’s World Students’ Centre (WSC). I am grateful to say that, due to a large number of speakers, I had to introduce myself all over again, after my friend Kevin Airtley gave me permission to discuss my work through web presentation this past week. I discovered that there is a very good video on the BBC who teach web courses, where they tend to teach students how to express themselves, learn from examples to illustrate simple questions. This video shows the web presentation course, where some of the talks are about writing stories and writing voice lessons for fictional text. I am very pleased that Prof Wright is part of the event to be focusing his attention on post-modernism’s philosophy of language. I am grateful to the series of talks they have given on English language, music, poetry and film and to Professor Wright especially for giving me the opportunity to chat about some of the various topics in this subject. It starts with a discussion of English language books, which is great because they ‘literally’ have a ‘big’ title. Or more formally, their book covers great topics like the history of Britain, the history of English, and English literature.
