Innovating For Shared Value Types The new Shared Value Types patent outlines an alternative way to enable users to change their value types from Java to JSON when there are multiple versions of an application or for the number expression of those values. These newer models are more general like “types” but are often combined with a few more advanced abstract relationships, check out this site example, R-SQL (R/SQL-specific types). A benefit of this is that future, increasingly sophisticated models may be added that can easily read those values from CSV files without having to manually modify XML forms or SQL queries in SharePoint. There are a number of real key benefits of using Shared Value Types in SharePoint, including: For small- and large-scale applications, Shared Value Types apply to many inputs (due to shared source implementation details) and perform without having to manually change the values at step 3. For applications using multiple versions of an application, multiple versions of an application can be added in any order by setting Shared Value Types to the applicationVersion property. In addition, a user needs to determine the number of values requested or the values present to execute on any given request using Shared Value Types: a user need only know the value type of the input request or an actual number of values. Use of the Shared Value Types approach is particularly attractive to developers who are looking to improve over time: in Office, users need to store the specific applicationVersion property or any number of values within the applicationVersion object to avoid a conflict between the applicationVersion and the number of values. A number of significant advantages apply here. In general, the available value types for SharePoint is relatively small: the types within each application will include values, icons, and custom properties in a display/list format and these values can be calculated in certain ways (ie, using a button), or while on the web page (see Figure-12.1).
