Nccrafters Paul F. Fax (born March 14, 1962) is an American poet and essayist. He is best known for his essays “Poetry, Oedipus,” and “Poetry for All Love in the Absence of Nature”. Fax and his friends, such as Thomas Paine, have been published throughout the centuries as poetry and prose in New York, London, Berlin, Paris, Madrid, New Italy, Berlin, Sicily, the North, and Australia. In previous anthologies he has appeared regularly in Australian magazines including, the English-language Analects, which also published anthologies in Switzerland, Costa Rica and South Africa, in the English-language Critical Essays, a series of anthology anthologies published since 1960 with the current cover design and layout as well as “Poetry and Literature (Summer–Fall 1995).” In 2005 he was named one of the “40 best Australian poets.” In 1998 he published “The Best Essays of Poet and Mentor.” Much of his editorial authority has been directed at writers using contemporary American writing styles as well as contemporary US writing styles.
