Practical Regression Fixed Effects Models (FTDMs) are based on regression models with unweighted and weightsized distributions, designed to get an unbiased estimate of a given parameter. This is not the case when they are designed to deal with individual metrics, since they can be thought of as parameters and their weights are much more informative than the weights of individual weights. They are simpler to calculate for models with mixed weights, but can not deal with individual metrics.
