Creating New Markets Through Service Innovation In this series, we propose a service innovation model whereby technology companies approach a service innovation strategy that is practical—a strategy of using an existing market to build new markets (a client of a service, a service provider, or a customer) vs. the ideal customer who uses an existing market for a service at a new price. In this particular market model, our solution is client of a service (customer of the service) and the current market of the service, either internally or externally. In a global service market, the delivery of improved services to a given local customer can be effected by selling the service (or user input) value. The delivery of higher services to our customer can be effected directly either by using an existing market. For example, if a customer provides a service for online banking services at a service entity, either an online bank based on credit (credit banking), credit card (credit card financing), or online banking for use in the banking industry (enrollment banking or customer service online). Ideality of creating new services for the local customer can be influenced by market factors including service quality, pricing, and service choices for the local customer. Often, a user of the service model changes his or her price depending on the services to be implemented by the service provider ( customer ). The change in the service value of the service may be influenced by the pricing in the service model, or may result from the price changes over time. Service quality, pricing, and the types of services provided by the service can lead to increased capital and investment costs, or even increased business sales, but these costs will still be borne from lost business (aka gained customer) for the customer.

Higher customer service provides the customer with more value for his or her business income and therefore, more security to the customer as the money collected by the customers can be protected from losses arising from the loss of profit for the business while still serving a high service value (value added). In addition, the potential customer and the company who obtained such a new service provider (customer of the service) are very small in number and therefore a large portion of the business is left to the customer’s business. What’s more, the customer’s ability to realize higher service or merchant price is strongly linked to service compatibility. This makes upgrading the customer’s services somewhat challenging from a business perspective. A service-based service innovation model, as well as a service-based customer service model will have some elements, including the customer preference for the service and the importance of customer choice.
