Erik Hanssen is a prominent Dutch publisher in the genre of satire, with an especially well-done take on literature by the Dutch modernist artist Heinrich Bissing. Since his publisher Wouter Antwerpenne published the novel En Blupp for the publishing shop of the Dutch Film Centre in 1928, he has sold it to publishing houses such as Ekers and Van Buis.
